Silverfish
One of the most common household pests, silverfish are slender with long antennae and 3 tail-like cerci. They may live throughout the house from basement to attic. Silverfish eat starches, cellulose and vegetable-based materials, thus causing damage to foods, paper, books, wallpaper and many fabrics. Silverfish are covered with shiny scales similar to scales found on the wing of a moth.
